This might require a new field for questions in questions.json for input type.

Alright, we can add number and email fields (however the email field is conditional, which would involve some changes to the logic).

I personally think this might be a good thing for @srustagi to look into. It'll allow @srustagi to get some experience with the concierge codebase and data structures.
