Add Coronary Artery Segmentator Model

We would like to contribute a new model called Corosegmentator which focuses on segmenting the coronary arteries from 3D cardiac CT images. This model can be integrated with digital twin simulation tools to support pre-surgical planning.
3D Segmentation and Inferred Pipeline Cardiovascular Segmentation and Stenosis Detection for Digital Twin Simulation

1. segmentation of cardiac chambers using MONAI Auto3DSeg

2. Coronary segmentation using nnUNet-based CoroSegmenter model

3. post-processing, including conversion of segmentation masks to STL and USD files with rendering parameters for 3D visualization and digital twin simulation.

Users can load the model's exported USD file into omniverse to see a personalized view of the heart and coronary artery.
