Additional Shared Projects

I propose that we create two more shared projects, an EarlyBound and a LateBound, as well as two more nuget packages, one for each. The EarlyBound project would make the assumption that some of the standard OOB entities have been created. This would enable having extension like this:

Please reply with your thoughts. Should we have a set of extensions that depends on consumers to generate early bound entities and so limits the number of extensions that are added to the Entity by default? If so, what entities do we limit it to?
