You need to have a python version equal or higher than 3.9.10. Get python 3.13 and try again

No it doesn't. The poly_eip712_structs==0.0.1 in the requirements.txt is still there, which is causing the issue to this user.

The issue is caused by having a python version lower than the minimum required by that package, so as long as user keeps using python 3.9.10, it will still happen with your repo.
