CAN NOT RUN THE CODE

I cloned the repository, ran the command "pip3 install -r requirements.txt" and got these errors:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement poly_eip712_structs==0.0.1 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for poly_eip712_structs==0.0.1

Same when I'm trying to run a Docker container.

On OS: Windows 10
