Implement ability for ESP32 to reconnect outside of grip menu.

Pairing can only happen in the grip menu. But once you're paired, you should be able to:

1. Reconnect to the Switch from (almost) anywhere.
2. Wake the Switch up from sleep.

Reconnecting to the Switch works by directly initiating a BT connection. But it only seems to work shortly after disconnecting. Reconnecting after a longer period doesn't work. There is likely some LTK (long-term key) logic here that I don't know it works let alone how to implement.
