I've added some scaffold code for unit testing here: https://github.com/Plant-Food-Research-Open/FieldNBalance/blob/main/SVSModel.Tests/SVSModelTest.cs

This works fine. Most recent test results from GitHub Actions: https://github.com/Plant-Food-Research-Open/FieldNBalance/runs/21364924990

Anyway, I'll let this one sit until you can secure and add the validation data - or we can plan out the required unit tests in more detail
