- Add a hotkey option to manually create a save backup.
- Change auto-backup interval to be based on file modified time instead of wall clock. This prevents overflowing your backup slots with the same save while idle.

Prevents backing up the same save several times when the interval is short and/or player is idle. Also assume non-GFWL save location.
