Dr. Hensel reported that in his installation on Debian 12, the initialization of the ConstantHeadway Evaluation somehow didn't set the $OMNETPP_HOME environment variable.

His workaround is to set $OMNETPP_HOME manually which helped but is a bit clunky.

Error could neither be reproduced on Ubuntu LTS 22.04 nor Debian 11.
