I have found ADOPT quite useful so far. I wanted to ask if you plan to release an update. For example sequences trained using ESM2 or ESM3 embeddings?

If not can you please suggest how I can re-train your model ("train_on_cleared_1325_test_on_117_residue_split") on ESM2?
