Install PatrOwl from Sources on RHEL 8 failed

Hello,

I'm unable to install PatrOwl from sources on RHEL 8.
I'm stuck at step "Configure the PatrowlManager application (Django folder)"
When I run the "python manage.py makemigrations" command, I get the following error message:
django.db.utils.OperationalError: FATAL: Ident authentication failed for the user “db_patrol_user”

Obviously, postgresql (v11) was installed with this tutorial:
