ServicePulse Setup - Port label overlaps input field on initial load until user interaction

Describe the bug

Description

When the page initially loads, the "Port" label is displayed over the port input control, making it hard to set the port value. After interacting with the page (e.g., clicking elsewhere), the label reverts to its normal size.

Expected behavior

The label should consistently display at the correct size so that the port input field is never obstructed.

Actual behavior

On first load, the label appears oversized and covers the port input. Once the user interacts with the page, the label returns to its normal size.
