Add an Anatolian culture and use it to replace Hittite in culture mappings

Hittite should still be kept, for compatibility with the Bronze Age mod -> Imperator converter.

The Anatolian culture should be used in this mapping:

For male names, we could probably use the male names from Invictus cappadocian and paphlagonian cultures:
