API GetFolderList

While creating sub-folders under a parent folder and making a call to the GetFolderList API, we noticed that only root folders are sent back in the response. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature that needs to be added but our expectations are that GetFolderList should list all folders (parents and children) in the return response that exist on the OpenSign drive. Either that or a variable that indicates if the folder contains children.
