symbols table looks weird

http://openmath.github.io/symbols/ is cut off. The file is generated, as markdown, maybe we can tweak it better in html?

I have switched to a html table, but it is still cut off. Maybe Tom or JWK can help;

adding table-layout: fixed; to the css for table seems to fix this (poole.css).
However the layout is limited to the 'page'-div width (38rem on screen), which for me is 720px. Furthermore the table is 1/3 1/3 1/3, whereas something like 1/4 1/4 1/2 is probably better

076fc40 fixes this for me (committed to master). If tables look fine after a refresh, the issue can be closed.
