where did OIDCCookieSecure go?

Various documentation has suggested that I set
OIDCCookieSecure On

but it is unsupported in the build RHEL ships, and does not appear in the docs here.

The only ref I can find is from an old discussion:

Was it removed as unnecessary at some point?
