Discover button and many links have middle-click enabled #760
Description
Win 7 64 bits v.2.0.9
If you click with mouse's middle button on Discover button of navbar, it opens another window of OpenBazaar which doesn't connect to server and has window controls disabled.
If you do the same with some internal and external links, they open another window of OpenBazaar, with no window controls (user can only close through Alt+F4 or on taskbar).
