Client Freezes When Exiting a Remote Server Connection

Brief Description:
I mentioned this on the Slack channel, but see the bug still persisting in RC4 . When trying to exit the Desktop Client, the application hangs if you are connected to a remote server. I believe it is ineffectively trying to shut down the remote server instead of the local one.

Operating System (OS and version): Windows 10 Home edition.
OpenBazaar version (shown on About OpenBazaar page in menu): RC4

Hardware: Intel i7 based laptop.

Reproducible (Always / Almost Always / Sometimes / Rarely / Couldn't Reproduce):
Always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the desktop client.
2. Connect to a remote server.
3. Shut the client down.

Observed Behavior:

Let me update this: the defect only happens when I:

1. Start the client connected to the local server.
2. Switch the client to the remote server.
3. Exit the client.

The client is also frequently displaying errors when switching between a local and remote server. I can recover from it, but it frequently fails on the first try, when trying to switch between servers.

I think the behavior is related to the above issue.

This is happening to me as well on Linux. Running version 2.3.0 and that is when I first began having the problem. I've let it sit overnight and it never closes. I need to go in and kill all the PIDs. The server fails to shutdown on my local server.
