Additional (currently missing) data #34
Description
There is some data that is currently not stored or managed by either the isp_trace_parser or isp_workbook_parser. This includes (but is not limited to):
2026% Draft ISP Firm contribution factors.xlsx- Monthly hydro inflow data
- Annual energy forecast*
It might make sense to at least archive and make these datasets available via on the public object store (and potentially parse them into a more standard format).
*Unclear if this is strictly necessary or where it might be used (given the demand trace data) - but was something historically captured in the ISP workbooks.
