Extended description: RabbitMQ is much more mature. Experience with Kafka was worthwhile, but I think we have to use mature stack to move quickly, so in the end it was not a good idea. Kafka is great for performance logging etc. But here we will use Logstash+Kibana+Elasticsearch for visualisation and quering capabilities. Therefore RabbitMQ will be much more apt for our usage.

Time estimation: 4h (2h for configuring, and 2h for refactoring mantis and scripts)
