[auth_oidc] Update user data from claims

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When user data change, e.g. a user changed their name, and the data are updated in the SSO database, the change is not propagated into Odoo upon next login.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Odoo user data should be updated from OIDC claims data as provided, e.g. last name, email address, even group memberships would be really useful.
