Kraken results

Implement FastQC data in the report, or simply stick to the multiQC report?

Kraken: How to summarise results without needing to supply the species of interest?

Summarise at genus level?
Look at Pavian, Sankey plots an option, but takes a lot of space
Tables are most effective for filtering and sorting
