Would like to use your source code for my IB Extended Essay

I wasn't able to find any other way of contacting you, so I'm hoping that you may see this message.
I wasn't able to find any license that you've used, which means under the default license, I am not permitted to use your source code.
For my extended essay for IB (A course work), I'm researching the efficiency of inserting using a van Emde Boas tree compared to that of a 2-3 tree. To do so, I have used your source code (I hope you don't mind). This also means that I must obtain your permission, as I will eventually have to submit the extended essay. So would you mind providing me permission with using, and editing your code?
