CSS in latest version seems to be broken

Describe the bug

It seems like the css in the latest version is broken, everything is very minimal and the drop down for selection a certificate is broken

Nginx Proxy Manager Version

v2.12.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

the drop down to select a certificate for a new host should not be phasing through the menu
