DNS Provider selfhost de/eu or manual TXT records

Hi,
I like to use the Nginx Proxy Manager together with a wildcard Let's Encrypt Certificate.
But I cannot find my DNS Provider in the list for the DNS Challange.

I can find it here

and also in the asme.sh
https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/wiki/dnsapi2#151-use-selfhost-dns-api

but not in the list of the Nginx Proxy Manager, can I/you add this DNS Provider?
Or have a manual input possible with a TXT records?
Or is it possible to use asme.sh?

Do not use a wildcard Let's Encrypt Certificate, as you need to renew it by hand every 60 to 90 days.
Use the Cloudflare proxy service and an SSL/TLS certificate from them, and you are good to go for all your subdomains on a domain.

You can setup acme-dns yourself or use their service.
acme-dns provides an API, that NPM can use for updating TXT Records for the DNS challenge. (acme-dns Plugin in the SSL Settings in NPM)
