"Remove all sizes" does not remove all sizes #82

How to reproduce:

choose any default style
style > global style edits > activate "remove all sizes"
simulate or export

A lot of blocks still have sizes other than 32, f.e. T14+ waystones

Observation: The UI section for T14 waystones shows size = 32, but the filter export sets the size to sth higher

Maybe it doesn't apply to decorator sections, we have to look into it.
