Require user password for SSH key creation and deletion via UI

The current UI allows users to create or delete SSH keys on the controller without requiring additional user verification.

Proposed Solution

Require users to provide their account password before creating or deleting an SSH key via the UI.
Update the API to validate the user’s password as part of the SSH key creation and deletion process.
