Delay showing popup buffer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For common operations, the user knows the keys to press for a popup and action to be invoked by heart, for example pulling, pushing etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
As such it would be useful if the popup buffer did not show in such cases, and only shows after a small delay, to avoid the small stutter where the buffer opens and closes quickly.

Additional context
I do recall this being the case prior, as the popup didn't immediately show if I pressed my keys in quick succession, like which-key does, though I could not get that behavior by checking out older commits, so it may just have been something from my config.

As long as it's configurable ;) - personally I hate delays like this... feels like an unresponsive UI.

I do understand that. There is always the choice between instant feedback, and something feeling too instant.

Though strangely this was the behavior I've had in neogit for a long time, and then it resolved.

I'll stub out a little PR with opt-in deferred opening and see what I can do 😊
