Word diff

Whole line is highlighted if one character changed so the diff is not useful. Implement word diff or let us integrate delta which is better.

Agreed, word diff would be cool. It's been on my roadmap for a while now, but I've had very little free time to work on this project the past 10 months.

If delta is integrated would we be able to stage and unstage changes from it or only use it for viewing diffs?

Easier said than done. There's an open PR that does this, but I haven't had time to properly look it over. You could try using that branch if its important to you :)
