How to preserve the <!DOCTYPE> ?

Sorry if my question is stupid, but I have been reading the docs and playing with different options for a while,
and still could not find out how to get the <!DOCTYPE ...> tag in the XMLParser output (v.4).
Is it possible to preserve this tag when running XMLParser followed by XMLBuilder?

As I remember, Docype is not being parsed to response. Here are scenarios you can check for example

I am working on an XPath parser (and eventually an XSLT processor) that needs to know the namespaces.

XML has clear distinction between tags type. JSON doesn't. Compiling special tags in JSON properties may mix them up. But giving them special name probably can be helpful. we can think to compile DOCTYPE in some special property. However, as I'm fully occupied now a days, I will not be able to give sufficient time to it for next few months.

It can be a special tag name like "#document"

Update: with the latest changes, I've introduced the code to parse doctype more in detail. However, I've not added any property to use them yet.
