When executing analyses on N3C, what cell size limit should be imposed in order to avoid any patient or site re-identification?

Per @cgchute at 17June20 weekly DI&H meeting -this is really an analytics issue. No analytics group github repo to transfer this issue to. will request disposition of this and similar / other cross-workstream issues with Analytics
