Prevent completely contextual menu to allow native menu

If I'm editing some text in Quill on OsX there is some automatic spelling check:

And sometimes I would like to add the missing word int he dictionary but if I right click I get this menu:

However the native chrome menu allows to add this missing word in the dictionary:

So is there an options that allows right click specific menu from the visualizer to appear ?

There is an option to disable the context menu, yeah.
