The admin "validate" button should show persistent information

In the "Trocas entre estudantes" cards we have a "Validar" button that when clicked it shows a feedback text saying whether or not the exchange was validated.

As per the teacher suggestions, we should add an indication saying when that happened.

This will require adding a date field to the DirectExchange table to say when the request was validated.
