Purpose:
Twin of 2024.0015, but with MINIMUM_OBL_DEPTH = 15 m.

One hypothesis for the warm SST bias in the southeast Equatorial Pacific is the shallow boundary layer depth in this region. This run investigates this hypothesis by forcing a minimum BLD = 15 m everywhere.

Running for only one year initially and saving terms for performing temperature budget.
