What happened?

When running ADF for a new set of years (once it has already been run on the case, but for a shorter time). I get the message:

  Writing time series files to ['/glade/derecho/scratch/wchapman/ADF/b.e.FTORCH_CNTRL_0002/ts']
	 Processing time series for case b.e.FTORCH_CNTRL_0002, cam.h0 files:
	 - time series for PRECT
	 - deriving time series for PRECT
[adf_diag] Warning: 'PRECT' file was found and overwrite is False. Will use existing file.
  ...CAM time series file generation has finished successfully.

However, the PRECT it finds is not from my desired suite of years. I think there should be explicit year statement in the search for the file.

Extra info

I think this can also be a bug if h1 files are present, for example.
