"Sign message" works wrong via MEW (Android App)

Try to sign message with address in Ropsten network but actually got signed message with address in Mainnet.
Why not make the addresses in the Ropsten and Mainnet network the same ?

Please I tried to sign I failed, and am confused I see the mainnet I picked at list of network changed to Ropsten network but the next step I confused on verify massage

From now i can't even sign a message
The button "Confirm Signing" forever disabled, but in Android app i pressed for all "confirm" buttons and enter password.

and why message displayed in hex (in second "Confirmation window" and in android app) ?
it will confuse users, it looks like someone try to steal their ethers :)

Without app for phone it is not possible (at least via MEWConnect)

The button is also disabled for me, I can't sign a message with MEWConnect.
The process I follow:

• Connect to MyEtherWallet with MEWConnect
• Go to Sign Message
• Enter the message
• Click Sign
• I see the hex on the MEWConnect Android app and I click Sign
• I enter the password, app says to continue on the computer
• The button on the computer stays greyed out
