Wallpaper not working

The retro wallpaper isn't visible unless i turn on the VPN and restart spotify. Is there any way to locally store and access it everytime rather than turning on my VPN for the same??

When installing the theme without marketplace, you can edit the link in user.css to point to another image provider.
There used to be a way to use local assets in spicetify, but it was removed for some reason, I think.
