存在问题

不能禁用视频预加载，且阻止视频载入选项已经不可用

目标愿景

希望能禁用视频预加载（之前提过相应的Issue，但是当时因为是播放器代码没有实现，但既然播放器已经用TypeScript重构，不知道能不能实现）
