You should know…
You must always carry your travel document or passport in order to fly, but it's the responsibility of each passenger to bring the required documentation for flying according to their own particular circumstances. For more information, please consult the documentation required for your journey.

Vueling check-in desks close 40 minutes before departure, except: in Rome and St. Petersburg, which close 45 minutes before departure; Tel Aviv, Beirut, Algiers, Oran and Marrakech, or if you're travelling from Barcelona to Tel Aviv or from Paris (Orly) to Tanger, which close 60 minutes before departure. After this time, no passengers can board.
Boarding will take place 40 minutes before departure.
The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure time.
We remind you that for international flights all under-age passengers (from 0 to 18 years) must show their documentation in order to fly. For more information, please consult the documentation required for your journey.
In order to travel with equipment for skiing, golf, cycling, surfing, windsurfing, etc. you must be at the airport in good time to check in.
Remember that all your cases must be included in the booking and will travel in the plane's cargo hold. You can only take hand luggage (up to a maximum weight of 10 kg and a maximum size of 55x40x20, except for the Excellence fare which allows up to 14 kg). If you have any extra cases to add, please do so in the “Add Cases”section, or call our Customer Services. Adding a case at the airport carries a higher cost.
If you are disabled or suffer from reduced mobility, you must phone Customer Services at least 48 hours before scheduled departure in order to make your needs known. This procedure is necessary in order to guarantee that assistance will be available.
Vueling will notify you about any incidents that may affect your flight (e.g. change of departure time) by sending you an email to the same email address as you use during the purchase process. We recommend that you check your in-tray and spam folder. If you bought your ticket through a travel agency, we also suggest you ask them as we do not always have your contact details, so your travel agent will be notified about any incidents.
