First of all, the modifier and multiplier lines don't take decimals, so I have to use whole numbers. Secondly, putting -1 onto "multiplier" makes the singularity cost go directly to 0, and changing "modifier" to any number BELOW 0 doesn't change anything.
So, the only changes I can make to singularity crafting costs are 0 or any number above the base values that the singularities are at on default.
I would like to cut my base default cost for the singularities in half, so if i'm doing it wrong, please tell me how to do that.
Again, -0.5 doesn't work for both modifier and multiplier (decimals don't work. It changes them back to 0 if I put a decimal and load up the world).
