[BUG] not working on windows 7

Crashing on startup

Info:

• App version: 3,1,4,0
• OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit

Tried a bunch of image viewers and this one looked really promising, but doesnt run :(

For me, i tested it and the software doesn't even start up, it didn't appear in the task at all
