Needs documenting to make the file News.UWP_TemporaryKey.pfx for VS 2019 #2926
Description
[The problem is News.UWP_TemporaryKey.pfx needs to be generated. This is created by VS 2019 Create a new Blank UWP Application. In the Application, name Box put the name "News.UWP" (News Dot UWP) ] the minimum Windows SDK version is 16299 and currently maximum Windows SDK 18362.
When VS 2019 has created the app you will see the file "News.UWP_TemporaryKey.pfx".
Right-click Solution Select Open in Windows File Explorer.
Now copy the "News.UWP_TemporaryKey.pfx" to https://github.com/microsoft/uwp-experiences/tree/news
at the local drive source\repos\News.UWP\News.UWP\News.UWP_TemporaryKey.pfx
Select to build "x64" version and select Remote debugging using "x64"
