The Xbox Series X requires a new app from the Microsoft Store

This is needed for Xbox One X. I went back to Dev app and a strange message about updating the original app appeared.
When I looked at the Store I found two apps one dated 2016 show in the picture above and a new one at the link supplied.
This is dated November 2020 and support Xbox One X and X box Series X and Xbox Series S.
