Title/headers should use "Segoe UI Light"

The titles/headers would look significantly better if they used "Segoe UI Light" instead of "Segoe UI", as specified by Microsoft's design language.

Since this is a suggested related to website design, and not something that writers have control over, I've assigned the issue to Mimi, who is the Program Manager in charge of how topics are rendered. So the choice of font family might be under the control of Mimi's team.
