Should be update third party tool for adapting an existing app

Some third party support making UWP app should be added to list like:

Codename One (Java). Link: https://www.codenameone.com/manual/appendix-uwp.html
RemObject Silver (Swift). Link: https://elementscompiler.com/elements/silver/
Flutter - Future release. Link: flutter/flutter#14967

And also official release from MS React Native. Link: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsdeveloper/2016/04/13/react-native-on-the-universal-windows-platform/#hxIdra2mb2uf1Doi.97

Developers cannot find these tools to port their apps to UWP if MS still doesn't care it!!!
