Disabling custom font causes font rendering issues

Describe the bug

When the custom font is disabled, tooltips of the modules seem not to render above the module text. As well, it seems to break waypoint name rendering. Possibly other things but this is what I have noticed so far.

The waypoint text seems to render top left for some reason in the last image there.

Steps to reproduce

Disable Custom Font in the config.

I have tested fully in a fresh empty instance of the game, no other mods or resource packs or anything.

I have a fix for this i am going to create a pr tomorrow

This has fixed one of the bugs but there is still the issue of the tooltip background rendering behind the module name text.
