[Bug]: Loading extension fails with `LavaMoat - required package not in whitelist`

Describe the bug

Unable to use local build extension.

• Chrome 98.0.4758.102
• Ubuntu 20.04.
• Node 14.17.6
• Yarn 1.22.17

Steps to reproduce

1. Follow instructions on README for local build or alternatively yarn start.
2. Follow instructions to add the build to Chrome.

Edit: same happens in Firefox

Error messages or log output

Uncaught LavaMoat - required package not in whitelist: package "browserify-sha3" requested "js-sha3" as "js-sha3"
