Note also that there also appears to be a routing issue on the backend at the moment because .../spec is getting routed to /ontologies directly it seems. Possibly related to pallets/werkzeug#2924 and pallets/werkzeug#3018 (which was incorrectly closed).

Yep that was the issue. Now fixed. It reveals that there is an additional issue though which is that once the first post returns a 303 the frontend tries to post the ontology again for some reason?
