Other than #203:

Map element:

Categories change "Interactive content" to "If the element has a controls attribute: Interactive content"

Mapml element:

Categories should be None.
Content attributes should be Global attributes.

Head element:

Categories should be None.
Content attributes should be Global attributes.

Body element:

Categories should be Sectioning root.
Content attributes should be Global attributes.

Feature element:

Categories should also include "Interactive content".
Content model does not include the image element.

Title element:

Content model should be "Text that is not inter-element whitespace".
Content attributes should be Global attributes.
