`manim cfg show` should print (or at least log) which config files are being read

See title. The manim cfg show command line utility could be more useful by printing which files exactly are being read.

The default paths to be checked are assembled in

manim/manim/_config/utils.py

and the actual function printing the output of manim cfg show is

manim/manim/cli/cfg/group.py

The simplest way to implement this would probable simply calling the config path function in the show function again and printing all config file paths that actually exist. On top of that, info-logging when a particular config file is read is also a good idea; I'd actually vote for implementing both.
